OH, yeah… did I mention I was now a Glossier rep? Probably. No but seriously, I became a Glossier rep at the beginning of this month! Who’d a thought, am I right? If you shop with me, you’ll receive 20% off your first Glossier order, and free shipping over $30.
Watch my Glossier intro video here.
I know I previously posted a piece on my skincare routine but I’ll probably be doing a makeup/skincare video so you can see how I incorporate Glossier products with existing products in my medicine cabinet. Stay tuned!
I once read “find someone who will make your Mondays feel like Fridays” (it may or may not have been off twitter but still very important words here) and I thought “well, why not have drinks on any day that makes it feel like a Friday?” As you can see, my thoughts get real deep sometimes. So now I’m here about to break it down on how I make my own margaritas at home. Also, I may or may not have been tasting for reassurance of a great drink so excuse the typos (just kidding).
Keep in mind that this was created with 1 serving size measurements.
You will need:
1/4 cup of tequila (you can use silver or traditional tequila, it is your choice)
1/4 cup of simple syrup
1 and a half limes freshly squeezed
2 pinches of salt
Mix them all together and pour over a cup full of ice. If it’s a little too sour for your liking, feel free to add more syrup!
If you’d like salt around the rim of your cup, like I do, I would swipe some left over lemon over the rim and tap the top onto a small salt covered plate. Don’t add so much salt that you’re unable to enjoy your drink!
Happy Friday!! Orrrrr whatever day it is, make sure to enjoy yourself as if it is a Friday! Also, enjoy your drink (or two or three– no one is judging you!).
Transportation in larger cities is a lot more different than, you can drive your car anywhere and always find parking-type-of-cities. A lot of walking was involved in NYC, as well as getting lost on the metro but whatever, so comfort was key. I decided to bring old school Vans and worn-in Levi’s on this trip, boy am I happy I did.
On the way to Egg Shop with Justin (@justinryankim), Marleigh (@marleigh.alexandra), and Branden (@brollish). If you get a chance to try out Egg Shop, you should! I ordered The Beast and it was one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I have ever had.
