Quick Lunch: Salmon on Cilantro

I posted this on my IG story a couple days ago and I ended up getting so many replies on how to make it. It's actually surprisingly easy, so I figured I'd share it here.

What I used:

  • Chopt iceberg lettuce (for the texture, so any other type of lettuce should work just fine)
  • Half a cucumber diced
  • A handful of chopt cilantro
  • half an avocado with pepper 
  • cooked peppered salmon
  • pickled red onions 
  • 1/2 a squeezed lime
  • topped with crumbled goat cheese

I made this in like 6 minutes and it's all from basic things I found in my fridge.
