Taking on Palm Springs

DSC02876.jpg

Remember being in elementary school sitting in front of a bright blue iMac PC, loading the incredibly slow internet that your parents had to sign off on, all while your teacher's faint words in the background warned you about how bad the internet world was? I especially remember the part where I was advised to not make friends online, because they were all 40 year old men, waiting to kidnap me. Although, sadly, those statements can still be true, the internet is actually a beautiful place to create friendship through (if used intelligently).

This past week, I traveled across the country to meet up with two of my favorite internet friends. Yes, I just said internet friends. Granted I had already met them individually in their own space. Marleigh in Richmond, VA and Adeline in Chicago, NIL. We all decided to take a trip to Palm Springs and spend a few more days wandering Los Angeles (an LA trip post coming soon). It was one of my favorite trips ever, going to new places with new friends.
